Returns Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Discount-Designers.com return policy is as follows: You have up to 3 days after receipt of your order to initiate or report a return of any matter. Your items must reach Discount-Designers.com within 7 days from the initiation of the return process. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return. When we receive your items, it must be accompanied by a RAN (return authorization number) which will be provided to you by us after the initial report. We will then refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. At Discount-Designers.com, we charge a 15% restocking fee on items returned for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, dust bags, documentation, authenticity cards, and any accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Discount-Designers.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold the credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
EXCHANGES
You can return any product you buy to us for an exchange so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. The exchange of the product is allowed once, and the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be emailed or called within the three days.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Simply email us at Sales@Discount-Designers.com stating your reason and explanation for the return. We will then email you a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and further return directions within three to five business days. Once you receive your RAN number, please list it on your return label and send it back to us. Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days from the original Discount-Designers.com ship date.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Note that damages due to shipping will be covered by the shipping company insurance and must be taken up with them. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee per item on all returned items, and if you are returning the item for an exchange we will waive the restocking fee.
